Learn to be stress free
What can I tell you about getting stressfree, I think for me it is really quite simple it is the way I personally live my life, whatever problems obstacles and fears I may have endured in my life I have found bringing them the Father of ALL creation has been the source of my living a stress free life.
When I was a young woman I suffered severely with chronic nervous indegestion, this was both very painful and extremely difficult to deal with, the doctors could not reply help me. They gave me

HE asks us to Trust Him, lay our burdens at His feet. REALLY accept that whatever is committed into His Hands he is well able to keep it safe , so if you have a concern or that something really feels beyond your control then Ask God to come into your life understand this Jess knows already about all your sufferings he knows your frame and how much can bear, so reach out to Him and ask him into your life ask him to chang I to the person He wants you to be, giving Him the opportunity to show you that He does really care about you.
For me living under His protective arms has been the most secure place I have ever found.
So when you feel stressed fearful, doubtful just remember that the Heavenly Father is there for YOU too.

Noticing the Difference
