Berry Nectar - Cranberry & Apple Aloe Gel Drink

Recently I personally have started to take this again.  I was feeling a little bit stiff in the joints and felt in need of a boost.  So I looked to what I had at hand and decided to give the Berry Nectar a try.

Up to now I can say that I am pleased with the results.  My wrists are no longer sore and feel a more freer, fingers do not feel as stiff.  So all in all I would say I was getting a positive result from my examination of the products I use.
