Recently I was watching Revelation TV this Saturday night had tuned in on a programme I had not seen for a while.  I was very interested to watch the programme Question and Answer.

There was a gentleman called Philip Day who is a highly recommended writer and therefore I would like to share with you his website so that you can get a good picture of what he is advocating for healthy living.

His advice regarding Wheat and other proteins was very interesting.

I can remember when I was first diagnosed with gall stone problems, they actually wanted to remove it from me, I insisted that there must be another way.  My doctor gave me advice to stop eating red meat, dairy products and pasties made with animal fats.  Wheat was also a great deal of problems for me, so I started to looking at different alternative ways of living with a healthy diet and hopefully loose weight too.

This is incredible, I did not know just how important taking fish oils could make such a difference.
